We are looking for a Booking consultant to join a growing and successful Healthcare Recruitment provider. You’ll be working to develop candidate relationships within a niche area of Healthcare Recruitment (not locum so don’t confuse this with a hard sales position) before putting candidates forward to inbound vacancies. The business wins its own contracts too so there is no business development involved in this role at all.
The MD of the organisation is one of the strongest leaders in Healthcare Recruitment and he will guide you through the nature of this market place but also how to maximise your earnings while growing with the company.
The nature of the role will be very phone based, keeping in touch and presenting vacancies to your candidates while always looking for referrals and new applications. All administration and compliance work is dealt with at head office giving you a clear pathway to focus on your own growth. The culture is professional with strong ethics and minimum standards so we need someone with strong team work skills and a warm, service driven nature.
This role would offer good commercial growth and experience to the following:
• A Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer who want to work in a less direct sales capacity
• A sales person with good service skills and an interest in learning a new sector
